Rachel completed her law degree at Leicester Polytechnic, and passed her Law Society finals course at Chester College of Law. She qualified as a solicitor in 1994, specialising as a personal injury lawyer. Since then, she has worked in both a niche personal injury law firm and in the serious injuries department of a large, national law practice.

Rachel is very experienced at handling a wide range of personal injury claims, including those occurring from road accidents, accidents at work, and accidents in a public place. She has also acted for many clients with complex and high value claims, including head injuries, fatalities, and claims for fibromyalgia. Rachel joined Ascot Lawyers in 2012 as a team leader in the personal injury department, working on employers’ liability, public liability, and occupiers’ liability claims. She now deals with her own cases, as well as managing and assisting with the progress of cases within the team, sharing her knowledge and experience with other team members.

Rachel has travelled around South East Asia and Europe, and has hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu in Peru. She also enjoys keeping fit, and going snowboarding.
